Thank You, Volunteers!

Every year, individuals and organizations across the country celebrate National Volunteer Appreciation Month throughout April.

We use this time to celebrate the work of volunteers around the country who selflessly giving their time to tackling the issues of the world and transforming the lives of the people in their communities.

Catholic Community Services is taking this opportunity to thank the dedicated volunteers who devote their time to joining us in the work of providing help and creating hope in our community.

Thanks to your help preparing meals at St. Vincent de Paul Dining Hall, the hungry in our community receive warm, nutritious meals.

Because you dedicate your time to serving in the Joyce Hansen Hall Food Bank warehouse families impacted by food insecurity have food to put on the table.

When you serve with Bridging the Gap, you help feed children and in turn allow them to focus on their education instead of their hunger.

By dedicating your time to the Weigand Homeless Resource Center, you bring hope to those experiencing homelessness in our community.

By choosing to volunteer as an ESL or youth tutor, you make powerful contributions in the lives of our refugee resettlement clients.

National Volunteer Month is near and dear to our hearts here are Catholic Community Services because our volunteers are near and dear to our hearts.

This month, and every month, we’re shining a light on the volunteers who continue to make life-changing contributions to our community.

Thank you for your willingness to selflessly serve alongside Catholic Community Services as we aim to practice gospel values of love, compassion, and hope through service, support, and collaboration.
