In 2012, Chris was in the midst of a crisis that suddenly thrust him into homelessness. For the next seven years, that became his everyday reality. St. Vincent de Paul Dining Hall became a haven for him and a place to get a warm meal daily. With our team’s assistance at the Weigand Homeless Resource Center, Chris got a job as a driver with Advantage Services, access to housing, and moved into his own home. Since being placed in housing, he has successfully made all of his payments on time and truly loves this new chapter of his life.
